Our guarantees ensure you the right gear at the right price, every time. We’re used to satisfying even the most discerning customers.
Price-Match Guarantee
Find a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock, and we'll gladly match or even beat their price. And if you see a lower advertised price within 7 days of your purchase with us, we'll refund 100% of the difference.
The fine print: Doc's Price Match Guarantee does not apply to services, nor does it apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, mail-in offers, free-with-purchase offers, limited quantity offers, bundled promotions and special financing.
Performance Guarantee
We want you to love what you buy, but sometimes this takes a little trial and error, so instead of endless demoing, we do something a little better for you. Our Performance Guarantee program allows you to buy skis or a board that has never been used (unlike demos) and take it for a spin. Most customers who take our staff’s advice on gear love it. However, if you aren’t happy after 3 to 5 days (give yourself more than a day to get the feel), bring it back and we will take care of you with either a different ski or board or a store credit.
If you have used your equipment for a couple of days and aren’t happy, please try calling our on-mountain helpline first (see below), because it may be a matter of a simple adjustment that makes all the difference. This is all about having a good time and we want you to be excited about what you have bought.
Please remember not to go skiing or riding on things with less than ample coverage or somehow find yourself in the parking lot, with only that lovely asphalt surface underneath you.
The fine print: Boots in particular sometimes require a couple of adjustments to give you the best fit and function. Based on our expertise, we may perform some adjustments on your equipment and ask you to try it again, before granting a refund or exchange. Doc’s Performance Guarantee applies to skis, snowboards and ski and snowboard boots that our crew has recommended for you. It does not apply to gear purchased that wasn’t among the choices we suggested. Damage beyond normal wear and tear expected from a few days of use voids the guarantee.
On-Mountain Helpline
When you buy gear from Doc’s Ski Haus, we’ll give you an on-mountain helpline to call, in case you have any questions or concerns about your equipment while skiing or riding. Don’t hesitate to call – we want to make sure you feel the love.
Also, when you buy skis, snowboards or boots from us, you’ll be given a simple, Doc’s–authored guide to ensure you get the most out of your equipment and know how to best maintain it.
