Step #1
Determine the right shell.
- 16-step measurement of feet and lower legs.
- Biomechanical assessment performed.
- Appraisal of skiing style and goals
- Match ski boot shell to skier’s characteristics
Step #2
Support and stablilize the foot
- Provide for better balance, comfort, and energy transfer by building a fully-customized Conform’able footbed. (Alternately, pre-molded Superfeet footbeds are also available.)
- Two Master bootfitters on staff

Custom shape the shell
- Hard plastic shell is heat molded and then shaped to match the contour and dynamic movement of the feet and lower legs.
- Upper boot cuffs are aligned to lower legs.
Step #4
Heat mold the liners
- Customizable liners are heated activating the “memory foam” which then coforms to the foot and boot shell.
- Molding advances the break-in of the boots.
Step #5
Align balance and stance
- Ensure that boots are flat planing the soles and correct for imbalances and leg length variations.
- Adjust the fore/aft balance of the boots to provide proper balance and instant energy transfer to the skis.
